Please use this form to request a change to your Campus or Catalog.
Students may request to go forward in a catalog year. Upon changing their catalog year, students are subject to all curriculum changes within the new catalog (general education, degree, major, minor) and the GPA requirements, if applicable. If a student's current program is not offered under the requested catalog year, a change of major/minor form will be necessary.
Students may not go backwards to any catalog year prior to their initial degree seeking enrollment at MBU. Additionally, readmitted students who are requesting a previous catalog will have to gain approval from the Provost.
Students may request to change their campus. By changing their campus, students must be aware of the financial implications and any additional fees or tuition changes associated with the requested campus.
Students who were on scholarship through Main Campus will no longer be eligible for these scholarships. Additionally, students who change their campus may be limited to the programs offered at the requested campus. If a student's current program is not offered at their requested campus, a change of major/minor form will be necessary.
